Customer Success Business Partner

At i2i Recruitment, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers, transforming marketing leads into valuable sales opportunities, and seeking out new potential customers. Your role will involve updating our CRM system with accurate information and collaborating with the sales team to ensure excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Need:
  • Experience in customer service or a business development role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • GCSE Maths and English (C or above)
