Business Development Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Sales Manager to join our sales team at Realise Recruitment Ltd in Motherwell.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B telesales, with experience in various sales areas and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Objectives:

Requirements:
