Children's Services Support Specialist

At CV-Library, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Assistant to join our team in Sheffield.
About the RoleYou will work closely with Social Workers to assess the needs of children and young people with disabilities, as well as their families and carers. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional services and improving the standard of care provided in accordance with current legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
- Collaborate with Social Workers to develop targeted support plans that meet the specific needs of each family.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children, young people, and families in a social care or similar setting.
- A valid UK driving license to travel and visit clients as required.
We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum based on location and industry standards. Our comprehensive package includes free DBS checks, referral bonuses, and access to exclusive job opportunities.
