Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Travelopia. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing repeat booking strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective repeat booking strategies to increase customer lifetime value
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growing repeat bookings, focusing on customer preferences and behavior
  • Improve automation and workflow usage in customer communications
  • Create content that combines lifestyle, product, and discount tactics to drive repeat bookings
  • Lead the development of multi-channel communication plans, optimizing allocation for maximum impact
  • Own the contact plan, defining messages for each customer with clear plans for global territories
  • Support the development of an always-on test-measure-learn plan to drive continuous improvement
  • Build on existing reporting to showcase the impact of repeat marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of high-impact strategy development for repeat or retention marketing plans
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels
  • Strong understanding of customer insights, segmentation, and database analysis
  • Experience with US and UK markets, with French and German markets being beneficial
  • Proficiency in automation, personalized content, customer journey workflows, and email management platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Interest in sailing and experience working in travel or hospitality is a plus

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
