Job Description

At Castle View Group - Care Careers, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bespoke Support Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day trauma-informed support to children and young people, as outlined in their care plans, to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Support the development of healthy lifestyle choices through structure and routine, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Facilitate engagement with education, training, and employment opportunities, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Promote positive relationships with neighbours and the wider community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Collaborate with broader support services and health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Enable access to community, cultural, and leisure activities, tailored to individual interests and aspirations.
  • Provide transportation, as needed, with relevant business use insurance.
  • Promote Family Time contact for children looked after with birth family members, as specified in their care plans.
