Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.

About the Role:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote student well-being and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to SEMH support

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting students with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting student well-being and progress
