As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, support with daily living tasks, and companionship to our service users. You will also be required to work flexibly across the Blyth and Morpeth teams, covering planned leave and providing cover for team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks to service users
  • Work flexibly across the Blyth and Morpeth teams, covering planned leave and providing cover for team members when needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that the needs of service users are met
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
