We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at BelleVie, an award-winning home care provider.
Your role will involve providing support and companionship to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.
As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of services including personal care, transportation, and social support.
You will work collaboratively with our teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily tasks and activities
- Transporting clients to appointments and social events
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working collaboratively with our teams to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Driving licence
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults
