Wellbeing Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at BelleVie, an award-winning home care provider. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
- Guaranteed hours, with options for 26.5, 31.5, or 36.5 hours per week.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.30 for time spent in visits and £10.50 for other activities.
- 45p per mile for travel between visits and to and from home.
- 30 days pro-rata annual leave, plus a day off on your birthday.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
