About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at BelleVie, an award-winning home care provider. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed hours, with options for 26.5, 31.5, or 36.5 hours per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.30 for time spent in visits and £10.50 for other activities.
  • 45p per mile for travel between visits and to and from home.
  • 30 days pro-rata annual leave, plus a day off on your birthday.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
