About the JobWe are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Woodlands, a Supported Accommodation Service in Ashington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the daily safety and well-being of our service users. You will also work with a small caseload of individuals, providing regular 1:1 support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to create a positive and supportive environment.
