We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at Reed Further Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering lessons for teachers during periods of absence, ensuring that students engage with pre-planned work and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cover lessons to students aged 16-19 years old
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements
- Experience in working within education at either Secondary or post-16 level
- Previous experience covering or teaching lessons independently
