Job Summary

BelleVie, a leading home care provider, is seeking a Wellbeing Support Worker to provide flexible cover for our Blyth and Morpeth teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible cover for our Blyth and Morpeth teams, working a variety of shifts to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our care teams to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
