Job Role: HR/LD Support Officer
Location: Housing Centre, Belfast
About the Job:
This role is part of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive team. As an HR/LD Support Officer, you will support the Senior Human Resources or Learning & Organisational Development Advisor in delivering a high-quality service to the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR-related activities
- Assist with the development and implementation of organisational learning initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or Learning & Development function
Salary: £25,545 - £30,296 per annum
