About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinery Engineer Surveyor to join our team at BES Group. As a key member of our risk management solutions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our customers' assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of industrial machinery to identify defects and potential hazards
  • Complete detailed reports on inspection findings and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure customers are compliant with relevant regulations, including LOLER and PUWER
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally

Training and Development

Requirements
  • An Engineering qualification at Level 4 and a strong level of practical experience
  • Hands-on experience working with various types of machinery, including forklift trucks, MEWPs, cranes, and passenger lifts
  • The ability to communicate complex and technical problems with ease
  • A good level of IT and literacy skills to complete detailed customer reports via tablets and mobile phones
