Position: Engineer Surveyor – Steam, Boiler & Pressure Equipment
Salary: Basic from £40,500 + Company Car Allowance £5,500, Benefits
Location: Reading, Berkshire
A prominent Blue-Chip company is seeking a qualified Engineer Surveyor specializing in Steam, Boiler, and Pressure Equipment to oversee operations in designated areas. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours, requiring site visits to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations.
Key Qualifications for the Engineer Surveyor (Steam, Boiler & Pressure Equipment):
- Possession of an HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering is preferred.
- Practical experience in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of steam, boiler, or pressure equipment.
- Understanding of PSSR & PUWER regulations is essential.
- Ability to work independently and assess the condition and future use of equipment.
- Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence clients.
- Ideal candidates should reside in the surrounding areas.
