Role Overview:
The position of Senior Heating Systems Technician encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:
- Conducting commercial heating services such as maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Responding to service calls assigned by the customer support team (typically one job per day).
- Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing on gas, steam, oil, and LPG systems, including:
- Gas water heaters
- Gas kitchen equipment
- Steam boilers
- Warm air heaters
- Collaborating with the service team to provide updates on job statuses.
- Reporting any identified faults or necessary additional work.
- Adhering to agreed customer response times.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Documenting completed work via iPad before leaving the job site.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Senior Heating Systems Technician with expertise in forced draught burners.
- Relevant qualifications such as IPAF and PASMA or equivalent.
- Experience with Commercial Oil, LPG, UP1/TPCP1, and Steam systems.
- Ideally, hold an 18th edition electrical qualification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A full UK driving license.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and adapt.
