About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and repairing domestic boilers in people's homes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service and repair domestic boilers in people's homes.
  2. Conduct thorough fault-finding and diagnostic checks to identify and resolve issues.
  3. Work with a range of heating systems, including gas boilers, unvented hot water systems, and heat pumps.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and technical product support.
  5. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and technical product support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A plumbing and heating qualification, such as a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
  • Experience working with domestic heating systems, including gas boilers, unvented hot water systems, and heat pumps.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driving license and access to a company van.
