A prominent organization is seeking a Steam, Boiler, and Pressure Equipment Engineer Surveyor to operate within the Reading and Oxford regions. This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working hours, requiring site visits to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
Key Qualifications for the Engineer Surveyor (Steam, Boiler & Pressure Equipment):

  • Preferably, candidates should possess an HNC (or Equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of steam, boiler, or pressure equipment is essential.
  • Understanding of PSSR & PUWER regulations is required.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding equipment condition and future use.
  • Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients.
  • Ideal candidates should reside in the Reading or Oxford area.
