About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Specialist to join our team at Doctor Now Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and customer service to our patients, managing the smooth running of reception, and ensuring a seamless and quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Services and Administration: Answer phone calls, deal with enquiries, process prescription requests, and perform general administration tasks.
  • Front of House Duties: Meet and greet patients, provide excellent customer service, book appointments, take payments, and deal with patient samples and collections.
  • Additional Tasks: Stock replenishment, dealing with deliveries, and promoting our memberships and services at Reception.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: GCSE (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new IT software quickly.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Front of House role, with excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to think laterally, find solutions to problems, and maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Working Environment:

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
