Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient registrations, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors • Manage patient registrations, including data entry and verification • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and deal with general enquiries • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role • Promote our services and memberships to patients • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements: • GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills • Ability to learn new software quickly • Proven experience in a similar role • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively • High degree of confidentiality and integrity

Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, including shift work and occasional weekends
