Job Title:

Patient Services & Front of House Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly regarded Private Medical Practice in Beaconsfield, where you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient running of the practice and providing exceptional patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the smooth operation of the front office and administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries, including booking appointments and taking prescription requests
  • Provide general administration support, including scanning, faxing, typing, filing, and managing shared mailboxes
  • Manage patient registrations and ensure all information is completed prior to appointments
  • Act as first point of contact for patients visiting the practice and provide excellent customer service
  • Book, cancel, and rearrange appointments at the reception desk
  • Deal with patient samples and collections for the laboratory
Requirements:
  • Educational achievement to at least GCSE (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths
  • Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven experience in a Front of House role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to think laterally and find solutions to problems
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity
Compensation Package:

£25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the competitive salary range for similar roles in the region.

Work-Life Balance:

Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with shift work Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month, ensuring a good balance between work and personal life.
