Technical Support & Data Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support & Data Engineer to join our Works Order Systems Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve Problems, Make an Impact: Provide third-line technical support for the Causeway Application Suite, resolving issues and answering queries efficiently.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure client systems to integrate with the CPA system, documenting setup and customizations.
  • Collaborative Troubleshooting: Work with contract teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system setup, functionality, and integrations.
  • Guide & Empower: Offer clear instructions on how to use, set up, and maintain the system, ensuring teams get the most out of the Causeway platform.
  • Track & Document: Maintain accurate logs of solutions and actions taken.
  • Create Knowledge Resources: Contribute to creating guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay updated with industry trends, tech advancements, and updates to the Causeway system.
  • Manage Change & Configuration: Handle configuration, testing, and deployment of changes to the Causeway system.
  • Build Relationships: Be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of Works Order Management Systems or ERP systems.
  • Solid experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting complex systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems and offer clear solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex tech concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Excel (advanced skills), and stakeholder management.
