Job Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

Milestone Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to make a significant impact on our company's success.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support for our Works Order Management System, resolving complex issues and answering queries quickly and efficiently. You will also focus on configuring client systems to seamlessly integrate with the CPA system, documenting setup and any contract-specific customizations.

The Role:
You will be at the heart of our Works Order Systems Support Team, helping internal teams and contractors navigate the Causeway CPA Works Order Management System. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will enable you to break down complex problems and offer clear solutions. You will work closely with our contract teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system setup, functionality, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical Support: Resolve complex technical issues related to our Works Order Management System.
  • Configure Client Systems: Configure client systems to seamlessly integrate with the CPA system.
  • Document Setup: Document setup and any contract-specific customizations.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our contract teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
