They will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new land opportunities, working closely with the development team to bring projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land acquisition and development, with a strong understanding of the industry trends and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new land opportunities
  • Work closely with the development team to bring projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, architects, and engineers

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders
