Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Associate Land Director to lead our land acquisition efforts and support our continued growth. As a key member of our team, you'll identify and secure land opportunities to drive business success.
Your Key Tasks
* Develop and implement a comprehensive land acquisition strategy aligned with our business objectives
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, agents, and local authorities
* Oversee the entire land acquisition process, from bid strategy to legal completion
You'll Enjoy
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
