Job Overview

We're currently seeking an ambitious Associate Land Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to develop their career and contribute to our mission of building exceptional homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective land acquisition strategies
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities
  • Managing the entire land acquisition process, from initial engagement to completion
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in land acquisition or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
