Senior Payroll Specialist Role

Main Objectives:- To provide expert payroll advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client payroll data, utilizing your knowledge of payroll software to optimize efficiency.
- A recognized payroll qualification, such as CIPP or AP1, or equivalent experience within a payroll environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex payroll data and provide informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £36,000 per annum, reflecting their extensive experience and expertise in payroll management.
