About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Care Specialist Day to provide high-quality care to our residents at Beaconsfield's Bury Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our residents' independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our residents. A salary of approximately £25,000 per annum (based on 36 hours per week) is offered, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking for a fulfilling career in care.

In this role, you will develop and implement individualised care plans, support residents with daily tasks, and assist with meal preparation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation of person-centred engagement activities and support residents in using their environment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Support residents with personal care and daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure a pleasant atmosphere during mealtimes.
  • Support residents in using their environment effectively, including outdoor living spaces.
