Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Doctor Now.

This is a full-time position that involves shift work, covering Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and customer service to our patients.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls within 3 rings and dealing with a wide range of enquiries including booking GP and Nurse appointments; taking prescription requests; dealing with enquiries; taking and passing on messages accurately and promptly etc.
  • Processing prescription requests in line with the practice protocol.
  • General administration including scanning; faxing; typing; filing; opening and distributing post; franking post; shredding; routine and ad hoc admin tasks etc.
  • Dealing with paperwork returned from GP clinics held off site.
  • Take advanced payments over the phone to secure bookings.
