**Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers**

Due to the increase in demand Crisana Care Ltd team are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. You must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience working in Care Homes, Supported Living Services and Mental Health Hospital, also have a valid or previous mandatory training certificates. If your trainings are running out of date, we can always provide you free mandatory trainings to be compliant to work.

Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers must be familiar and have experience of using moving and handling aids to move or transfer patients or service users Hoist, Stand Aid, Sling and Slide Sheet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering high quality person centred care
- Administering medications (Senior Carers)
- Writing daily care records
- Washing and dressing
- Assistance with feeding
- Observing, monitoring and recording service user’s health condition by checking temperature and blood pressure, pulse, respiration, weight, general physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Communication with service users, relatives and other staff.
- Assisting with clinical duties.
- Personal care including infection prevention and control, feeding, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
