As a Team Leader at Bury Lodge Care Home, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the efficient and caring running of the home in their absence. You will work in a direct capacity alongside the Care Management Team, supporting residents with all aspects of personal care and maintaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with management duties and provide support to the care team
* Supervise staff and provide induction support
* Encourage staff to take a personal interest in residents and the home
* Ensure all staff complete required duties during their shift or communicate any issues at handover
* Review and develop residents' care plans on the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM)

Essential Attributes:

* Two years of experience at a Senior Care level
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
