Care and Clinical Training Partner

Job Introduction
We're looking for a Care and Clinical Training Partner, with experience of delivering and developing training solutions, to join our team. A valid NMC pin number and full UK driving licence are essential as is a requirement to travel across our home portfolio as part of this role.
Your Role at Signature
As Care and Clinical Training Partner you will lead on all clinical training initiatives, including training delivery, within our homes. This will involve supporting and upskilling of Care Managers to identify training needs within their teams and the development of associated action plans.
You will develop and coordinate all training initiatives specific to the care and clinical teams and ensure all new care and clinical staff are provided with a robust, fit for purpose induction and continuous training that encompasses all mandatory and legislative requirements.
As well as delivery internal clinical training as required, you will support the Learning and Development team with care/clinical team member development programmes, such as the Nurse Associate/Degree apprenticeship programme.

Along with a clinical background and valid NMC pin number, experience in delivering and developing training solutions, analytical skills and coaching and mentoring experience is essential.
