Job Description

Job Title: Registered Home Manager

Location: Beaconsfield

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage a residential home in Beaconsfield, specializing in dementia and elderly care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual with a deep understanding of the needs of elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Lead and nurture a team, ensuring continuous improvement in care standards.
  • Be available for emergencies outside of normal working hours.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 4 or NVQ Level 5 (or higher) in care or relevant qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks for care homes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience managing care homes with evidence of strong CQC compliance.
  • A strong step-up Deputy Manager with longevity or a Home Manager with at least 2 years of management experience in a care setting.
