Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our healthcare team as a Patient Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and customer service to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding patient care and support
  2. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences
  3. Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  4. Contribute to the development of the healthcare team

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience). In addition, you will receive 25 days annual leave + the usual bank holidays, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
