We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Director to lead our independent day nursery in Beaconsfield. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months' experience in nursery management, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated childcare professionals
