Job DescriptionThe Residential Care Manager will be responsible for managing a group of Care Supervisors and ensuring that high-quality personal care is delivered to our residents.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent
- A minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or a similar industry
- Comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards
- Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 per annum
This role will require a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
