Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance and Health & Safety Partner, working with a not-for-profit housing association in Luton.

Main Duties:
  1. Oversee Compliance: The successful candidate will oversee the management and development of the Compliance Officer role and ensure we remain compliant with health and safety legislation.
  2. Implement Software: They will implement compliance management software and monitor contractor performance using key performance indicators.
  3. Prepare Reports: The ideal candidate will prepare and present written/verbal reports as required on compliance and maintain up-to-date compliance knowledge by participating in training opportunities as required by the business.
Benefits:

The salary for this role is £40,000-£45,000 dependant on experience, along with a range of benefits including professional development opportunities.
