Role Overview

CV-Library in Luton, Bedfordshire seeks a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their team. As a crucial member of the regulatory compliance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and reviewing various construction projects to ensure they meet building regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of building control and regulatory requirements to inspect and review construction sites and buildings.
  • You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the inspection process.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to provide expert advice and guidance on building control matters.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of building control and regulatory requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to provide expert advice and guidance on building control matters.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between £42,000 and £62,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
