Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Manager
Job DescriptionAs a Regulatory Affairs Manager at ELP Consult, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, reviewing internal processes, and providing compliance training to employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular reviews of internal processes to identify potential compliance issues.
- Providing compliance training to employees.
- Participating in the compliance assessment of new products and business initiatives.
- Responding to regulatory inspections and investigations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field, and at least 5 years of compliance experience in the financial asset management industry.
