Cpl Healthcare is collaborating with a prestigious global drug development consultancy business to fill the role of Senior Director Regulatory Affairs Leader. The position offers an attractive salary package of £130,000 + Benefits.

Based in Cambridge, UK – Hybrid, this senior leadership role requires an office presence (2/3 days on-site per week) due to its leadership nature. As the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for leading client projects and providing strategic regulatory advice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within a complex therapeutic area, with expertise in EMA (scientific advice, orphan designation, PIPs). They will also be experienced in driving global Regulatory Affairs Strategies and have a proven track record of managing complex regulatory projects.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to a team of 4 regulatory affairs professionals. They will also be able to work collaboratively with national regulatory agencies and lead agency meetings.
