Excalon requires an experienced Infrastructure Coordinator Lead to oversee major construction projects. The successful candidate will be based in Salford, but will regularly travel to various sites. A full driving licence is mandatory for this position.

Main duties will involve managing large-scale infrastructure projects, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Tasks will include creating project documents, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating activities across multiple projects. Additionally, the chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date programmes for live contracts, creating and updating SLDs, producing project documentation, and communicating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate should possess or be willing to acquire necessary certifications such as CPCS and CSCS cards, SMSTS, and deep excavation / temporary works coordinator training.
