Job Title: Vocational Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Training Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Cambridge. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase employer engagement and drive business development to grow apprenticeship recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources effectively to deliver employer and qualification/framework requirements as per contract. This includes overseeing Centre Coordination for awarding organisations and leading Internal Verifier/Quality Assurer activities to ensure high-quality training provision.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing strategies to increase employer engagement and drive business development to grow apprenticeship recruitment
• Managing resources effectively to deliver employer and qualification/framework requirements as per contract
• Overseeing Centre Coordination for awarding organisations
• Leading Internal Verifier/Quality Assurer activities to ensure high-quality training provision
• Supporting work placements for full-time learners
• Promoting the use of technology and e-learning in training delivery, assessment, and review process
• Managing staff performance effectively, conducting appraisals and probation reviews with measurable targets
• Conducting regular quality checks and developmental observations for assessors and quality assurers
• Maintaining compliance with all planning and quality processes and procedures
• Advancing equality of opportunity and fostering good relations within the community

Requirements:
• A minimum of a level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant area
• Strong planning, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Current driving licence and ability to travel independently for business purposes
