Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team in Huntingdon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training operations, including responding to member inquiries, preparing training materials, and processing eLearning students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the training team, including responding to member emails and phone calls
  • Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources
  • Process eLearning students, including registering new students and tracking progress
  • Support the training team with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and other facilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office and other administrative software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
