Global Workplace Solutions is a division of CBRE providing integrated solutions across large multi-discipline property portfolios. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Risk and Assurance Coordinator to support our efforts.

The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of the audit and assurance framework, reporting into the Quality and Audit manager as part of the Risk and Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and reporting compliance in line with CBRE, customer, and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring internal and external audit findings and supporting the account in their closure.
  • Reporting on audit finding trends to the Quality and Audit manager to provide analysis and drive continual improvement.
  • Assisting with ensuring CBRE compliance with policy and strategy across the account.
  • Supporting the tracking and monitoring of Business Disruption events and acting as a backup for the Risk and Assurance specialist.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance data capture and management capabilities to meet business requirements.
  • Supporting Risk register analysis and monitoring.
  • Producing regular detailed management information reports and analysis of findings.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand business risks and develop insight.
  • Communicating updates and news from the Risk and Assurance team.
  • Supporting internal communications to engage with stakeholders.
  • Actively supporting and promoting Risk and Assurance initiatives and campaigns.
  • Arranging and offering support to CBRE and Client teams in the delivery of Training support and coordination.
  • Assisting with the training matrix as required.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the Risk and Assurance team.
  • Collaborating with the wider Risk and Assurance Team to ensure regulatory, ISO, and account requirements are met.

Person Specification:

  • Intermediate understanding of MS Office suite of programs.
  • Understanding of risk management and controls.
  • Good knowledge of MS SharePoint / Power Automate / Power BI / MSForms (desirable).
  • Project management experience (desirable).
