About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trading Risk Assessor to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As a Trading Risk Assessor, you will evaluate and underwrite commercial risks for new and renewal business, collaborating closely with Brokers to structure insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include assessing and underwriting risks, negotiating with brokers, maintaining relationships, and analysing market trends.

About You:

To be successful as a Trading Risk Assessor, you will have proven underwriting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Insurance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and underwrite risks for new and existing clients in line with company guidelines
  • Negotiate terms with brokers to win and retain business
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with Brokers
  • Analyse market trends to ensure competitive and profitable underwriting decisions
