As a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Learning & Development Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing training activities for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training Requests: Process and schedule training requests, ensuring timely completion of all necessary arrangements.
  • Training Enquiries: Respond to enquiries via email and telephone, providing accurate information on training courses and schedules.
  • Course Booking: Coordinate with training providers to book courses and arrange logistics for delegates attending external training sessions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all internal and external training activities using the Learning Management System (LMS).

A salary of £24,667.50 per annum is offered, along with excellent benefits package.
