This role offers an estimated annual salary of £90,000 - £120,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development. You will work closely with cross-functional experts to streamline project performance and impact, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
Your responsibilities will include recruiting and leading the AMP8 scheduling team, supporting their development, and fostering a collaborative team environment, developing and maintaining high-quality schedules in line with project scope and programme outcomes, and overseeing schedule change management, critical path analysis, and the integration of multiple large-scale projects. You will also provide insightful schedule reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controls.
You will need extensive experience in schedule management for large-scale civil engineering projects, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong critical path tracing and analytical skills. A proactive, strategic mindset and excellent communication skills are also essential to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate effectively. Additionally, you should have experience of establishing Work Breakdown Structures, QSRA, and scheduling/reporting within NEC contract framework.
