Job Summary
As a Wholesale Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Wholesale customers across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Native or fluent English language skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
