Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM functionality within our ERP system to drive customer engagement and retention. You will lead a small team, analyze sales and revenue data, and create effective CRM strategies to increase customer value.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role working with customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills and management experience.
  • Broad knowledge of CRM platforms/ERPs.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with Excel, CRM analytics, PowerBI, or other visualisation platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience of analyzing sales and revenue data.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
