Regional Business Opportunity Developer

Pertemps Bond is an industry leader seeking a Regional Business Opportunity Developer to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a manufacturing or engineering environment and be able to demonstrate their ability to identify and win new business. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts to ensure continuous growth of your key customer base, leading and developing 2 staff members to achieve sales targets, and ensuring accurate data entry and management of CRM software. Additionally, you will utilize Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools to inform sales decisions and optimize performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure continued satisfaction and future business* Manage existing accounts to ensure continuous growth of your key customer base* Lead and develop 2 staff members to achieve sales targets* Ensure accurate data entry and management of CRM software* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools to inform sales decisions and optimize performance* Maintain a full UK driving license and be willing to undertake occasional overnight stays away from home* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and sales targets

Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in sales within a manufacturing or engineering environment* Proven track record of success in identifying and winning new business* Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools* Full UK driving license* Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays away from home and travel to meetings* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
